PROCESSING

Orders are packed and shipped from our US fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

UNITED STATES

- Delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch, to all 50 states.
- Cost: $7.90 flat rate on one-time orders.
- Subscriptions: free shipping on every subscription order, always.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Japan, and Australia.

- Delivery: 7-14 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: calculated at checkout by destination.
- Customs: any import duties or taxes are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility. Nadosei declares all parcels accurately.

ORDER CHANGES

Need to fix an address? Email hello@nadosei.com as soon as possible. We can update anything until the parcel is dispatched. Subscribers can change their shipping address anytime from their account; we also send a reminder email three days before each subscription shipment.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days (10 for international), or your order arrives damaged, email hello@nadosei.com with your order number. We'll reship or refund — your choice. Every email is answered within 24 hours on business days.
