Daily ritual over occasional intensity. The morning walk, the evening bath, the small movements repeated for decades. The body lasts because it is used — gently, consistently, with care.
Born of a Culture
That Asks 健康長寿
Health, and a long life. Two words a Japanese child hears repeated through their childhood — at temple, at the dinner table, at the new year. They became the question that built Nadosei.

A Way of Asking
Not a slogan. Not a brand line. A daily question, asked in two characters.
Not the absence of illness. The active state of being well — body, mind, daily practice. The condition you build, not the one you wait for.
Not just years lived. Years lived in vitality. The Japanese tradition distinguishes lifespan from healthspan — and treats the second as the one that matters.
The longest lives are not the loudest. They walk a quieter path — kept by ritual, attention, and the molecules that make energy possible.— The Nadosei Practice
The Longest Lives
Walk Different Paths
Okinawa, the southernmost prefecture of Japan, is one of the five regions in the world demographers call a Blue Zone — places where people consistently live to 100 in good health.
Researchers studying Okinawan elders identified a small set of practices: hara hachi bu (eat to 80% full), moai (lifelong social circles), ikigai (a daily reason for being), and a diet rich in plants, fish, and fermented foods.
What emerged was not a secret. It was a culture. Healthy longevity, treated as a daily practice rather than a destination.
Practice Diet Mindset
Three doors into the same room. The Japanese longevity tradition rests on all three — and the cellular machinery beneath them.
Whole, plant-forward, fermented, restrained. Okinawan elders eat until 80% full — hara hachi bu — protecting the cellular processes that suffer first under chronic over-nutrition.
Ikigai — a reason to rise. Long-lived populations consistently have purpose, community, and an unhurried relationship with time. The mind shapes the body more than we admit.

Trusted in Japan
The pioneer of NAD+ and NMN research is Dr. Shin-ichiro Imai — a Japanese researcher trained at Keio University, now at Washington University in St. Louis. His 2016 paper in Cell Metabolism showed that long-term NMN supplementation mitigated age-associated physiological decline in mice. The field has grown around his work.
The first major human safety trial of NMN was conducted at Keio University School of Medicine in Japan (2019). The first long-duration efficacy trial followed at the University of Tsukuba.
Today, NMN is one of the most widely studied longevity molecules in Japan, and one of the most quietly trusted. It is not a wellness fad there. It is the chemistry the science suggests.
Formulated in Japan
We built the Nadosei formulation team in Japan because that is where the question was being asked most carefully. Japanese supplement chemistry tends toward restraint — fewer ingredients, properly dosed, sourced from verified suppliers, tested at every step.
Our chief chemist trained in pharmaceutical R&D before moving to longevity science. The 5-in-1 blend — 500mg β-NMN, 250mg TMG, 150mg quercetin, 100mg green tea extract, 100mg trans-resveratrol — was specified ratio by ratio over eighteen months of iteration.
Nothing in the formulation is there for marketing. Each ingredient closes a specific gap in the cellular pathway.
Made to Pharmaceutical
Standards
Manufacturing happens in the United States, in a cGMP-certified facility regulated by the FDA. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party lab for potency, identity, heavy metals, and microbial contamination.
The certificate of analysis is available on request for any lot we have shipped. We chose this facility because their quality assurance matched the precision we wanted in the formulation.
Japan asks the question. The chemistry answers it. The manufacturing makes it real.
We Made Nadosei
Because We Take It
We are a small team — chemists, designers, writers — split between Japan and the USA. We started Nadosei because the supplements available to us either had the right ingredients at the wrong doses, or the right doses without the supporting chemistry.
So we built the version we wanted to take ourselves. The 500mg β-NMN we trusted. The TMG that protected our methylation. The sirtuin support, the antioxidant defense, the third-party testing.
What you hold is what we hold every morning. That is the whole story.
