IM8 Review: Daily Ultimate Longevity Ingredients, Price and Evidence
IM8 Daily Ultimate Longevity is a powder with 10 compounds in one sachet a day, and the label gives each dose. Its 600 mg of NMN matches a human trial in which blood NAD+ rose. For the other 6 compounds that we checked, the human studies used other doses or combinations, or measured only absorption or blood levels. It costs $3.47 to $4.97 a sachet. NSF lists it as Certified for Sport. We did not test the product.
Disclosure: Nadosei wrote this review, and Nadosei sells an NMN supplement. We did not buy or test IM8 Daily Ultimate Longevity. The product facts come from IM8's own pages and from NSF, and we checked them on 14 October 2026. This review is not medical advice. If you find an error, email hello@nadosei.com. We correct confirmed errors within 5 business days.
IM8 calls itself a collaboration between David Beckham and Prenetics, a biotechnology company on NASDAQ (IM8, About Us). Daily Ultimate Longevity is the IM8 product with NMN. It is a powder in single-serve sachets. IM8 says that it targets "all 12 hallmarks of aging with 10 clinically proven compounds".
This review compares those claims with the label, the price, the test reports and the human studies. It covers Longevity only. IM8 also sells Daily Ultimate Essentials, a different product, and a section below explains the difference.

The quick answer
- What it is: a powder with 10 compounds in one 8.2 g sachet a day, with 600 mg of NMN. The label gives the dose of each compound.
- Price: $3.47 to $4.97 a sachet. The price depends on the plan.
- Tests: NSF lists the product as Certified for Sport. The label on the NSF listing is an earlier version, with 300 mg of NMN.
- Evidence: the NMN dose matches a human trial in which 600 mg a day raised blood NAD+ [1]. For the other 6 compounds that we checked, the human studies used other doses or combinations, or measured only absorption or blood levels.
- Trials of the product: we found no published trial of IM8 Daily Ultimate Longevity itself.
What is in IM8 Daily Ultimate Longevity?
This table copies the Supplement Facts label on IM8's product page, as of 14 October 2026. IM8 puts the 10 compounds into 5 groups. The group names are IM8's names.
| Group (IM8's name) | Compound | Amount in 1 sachet |
|---|---|---|
| Cellular Foundation Builder | Glycine | 3 g |
| Cellular Foundation Builder | Taurine | 2 g |
| NMN NAD+ Energy Booster | NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) | 600 mg |
| NMN NAD+ Energy Booster | PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone, as the disodium salt) | 10 mg |
| Cellular Protection Activator (Senolytics) | Trans-resveratrol | 250 mg |
| Cellular Protection Activator (Senolytics) | Quercetin | 250 mg |
| Cellular Protection Activator (Senolytics) | Fisetin (from Cotinus coggygria branch extract) | 100 mg |
| Metabolic AMPK/SIRT1 Activator | Dihydroberberine (as GlucoVantage) | 100 mg |
| Metabolic AMPK/SIRT1 Activator | Astaxanthin (AstaPure, from Haematococcus pluvialis algae extract) | 6 mg |
| Cellular Renewal Activator (Autophagy) | Spermidine (as spermidine HCl) | 3 mg |
The other ingredients are natural açaí and pomegranate flavor, citric acid, L-malic acid, calcium silicate and fermented sugarcane extract. One sachet has 15 calories. IM8 says to mix one sachet with 8 to 10 fl oz of cold water or juice, in the morning with a meal.
The label shows the dose of all 10 compounds, with no proprietary blend. This is a strong point: you can compare each dose with the studies, as we do below.

How much does IM8 Longevity cost?
IM8's product page showed these US prices on 14 October 2026:
| Plan | Price | Price per sachet | Money-back guarantee |
|---|---|---|---|
| One-time purchase | $149 for 30 sachets | $4.97 | We found no term for this plan on the product page |
| 30-day supply, subscription | $119 every 4 weeks | $3.97 | 30 days |
| 90-day supply, subscription | $312 every 12 weeks | $3.47 | 90 days |
IM8's comparison chart uses the lowest price, $3.47 a day, and that price needs the 90-day plan. Prices change, so check the product page before you buy.
IM8's claims, checked
"All 12 hallmarks of aging"
The 12 hallmarks of aging come from a 2023 review in the journal Cell [2]. They are a scientific map of how cells and tissues age. The list includes cellular senescence, mitochondrial dysfunction and disabled autophagy. It is not a test that a supplement can pass.
IM8 links each hallmark to its compounds. On 14 October 2026, we searched Europe PMC and ClinicalTrials.gov for a published trial of IM8 Daily Ultimate Longevity, and we found none.
Prenetics registered a 12-week study of a "Longevity pill" in 30 adults in 2024 [3]. On 14 October 2026, the registry still showed the status "not yet recruiting" and no results. The record does not say if that pill is the current powder.
Do the doses come from human trials?
IM8 says that every ingredient "is dosed based on published human clinical trials". We checked 7 of the 10 compounds against the human studies. The table compares the dose in one sachet with the doses in those studies.
| Compound | IM8 dose | What the human studies used | Our read |
|---|---|---|---|
| NMN | 600 mg | 80 healthy adults took 300, 600 or 900 mg a day for 60 days. Blood NAD+ rose in all NMN groups, and it was highest with 600 and 900 mg [1]. | Matches a trial dose. The trial tested NMN alone, not in a mix. |
| Quercetin | 250 mg | 1,000 to 1,250 mg a day, together with dasatinib, a prescription drug, for 3 days at a time. These were small pilot studies in patients [4] [5]. | A lower dose, every day, without dasatinib. |
| Fisetin | 100 mg | A registered trial in older adults gives 20 mg per kg of body weight a day for 2 days [6]. For a 70 kg adult, that is about 1,400 mg a day. A 2026 trial plan tests 100 mg a day for 7 weeks [7]. | Researchers now test this dose. We found no published results. |
| Spermidine | 3 mg | 0.9 mg a day for 12 months in 100 older adults: memory did not change compared with placebo [8]. 15 mg a day for 5 days did not raise spermidine in the blood [9]. | The authors of the 15 mg study wrote that lower doses are "rather unlikely" to have short-term effects [9]. |
| Dihydroberberine | 100 mg | In 5 men, 100 mg gave more berberine in the blood than 500 mg of berberine. Blood sugar did not change [10]. A 2026 review calls human trials on health outcomes "highly limited" [11]. | Matches the dose of an absorption study, not of an outcome trial. |
| Glycine | 3 g | In a 16-week trial, 12 older adults took glycine together with NAC (N-acetylcysteine), and several measures of aging improved [12]. | IM8 has glycine without NAC. |
| Taurine | 2 g | Taurine extended lifespan and healthspan in mice, and healthspan in monkeys. In people, the same study found only links between blood taurine and health [13]. A 2025 study of 137 men found no link between blood taurine and age [14]. | The evidence for aging comes from animals. |
We did not review resveratrol (250 mg), PQQ (10 mg) and astaxanthin (6 mg) in detail for this page.
Our read: the claim fits NMN. For the other 6 compounds that we checked, the human studies used other doses or combinations, or measured only absorption or blood levels.
"Triple senolytic" and "zombie cell removal"
Senolytics are compounds that clear senescent cells: old cells that no longer divide but stay in the body. In the first human studies, researchers gave a senolytic mix for a few days at a time and then stopped. The authors call this "hit-and-run" treatment [4].
In those studies, quercetin came with dasatinib, a prescription drug, at 4 to 5 times the quercetin dose in IM8 [4] [5]. IM8 gives lower doses every day, without dasatinib. We found no human trial of daily quercetin and fisetin at IM8's doses that measured senescent cells.

Tests and quality
NSF lists "Daily Ultimate Longevity + Healthy Aging" by IM8 as Certified for Sport (NSF listing, checked 14 October 2026). NSF says that this program checks for unsafe levels of contaminants, prohibited substances and masking agents. It also checks that the label matches the product (NSF).

Note one difference. The label image on the NSF listing shows an earlier version: 300 mg of NMN in a 7.8 g sachet. The label on IM8's product page shows 600 mg of NMN in an 8.2 g sachet. The listing does not show which version the listed lots contain.

The NSF listing gives the lot numbers of the certified product. Compare the lot number on your box with that list.
IM8 also publishes NSF test reports for Longevity on its page of third-party test results. In the July 2026 report, NSF found no results outside the specification for the lot that it tested.
The product page shows "4.8 from 22,104 Reviews". These reviews are on IM8's own website.
Side effects and safety
- The full formula: we found no published safety study of IM8 Daily Ultimate Longevity.
- NMN: no safety issues at up to 900 mg a day for 60 days [1]. In another trial, 1,250 mg a day for 4 weeks was safe and well tolerated [15].
- Dihydroberberine: after a dose, berberine appears in the blood [10]. In healthy men, berberine at 300 mg three times a day for 2 weeks lowered the activity of three enzymes [16]. The body uses these enzymes to process many medicines. IM8's form and dose are different, but this is a reason to ask your doctor first if you take medicines.
- For everyone: talk to your doctor before you start if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medicines.
IM8 Longevity vs IM8 Essentials
- Daily Ultimate Longevity: the product in this review. It has NMN, three compounds that IM8 calls senolytics, and spermidine.
- Daily Ultimate Essentials: IM8's daily nutrition powder. IM8 says that it has 90 nutrient-rich ingredients.
IM8 sells the two together as "The Beckham Stack", and it calls this set "David Beckham's full daily protocol".
Who is it for?
- It suits people who want many compounds in one daily drink, with each dose on the label. Know that most of these compounds have little human data at these doses.
- If NMN is your main reason, our complete NMN guide and our NMN dosage guide explain what the human trials show. Our guide to the best NMN supplements compares products by dose, tests and price.
- If you take medicines, ask your doctor first, because of the dihydroberberine.
The bottom line
IM8 Daily Ultimate Longevity puts 10 compounds in one sachet, and the label gives each dose. Its 600 mg of NMN matches a human trial in which blood NAD+ rose. For the other 6 compounds that we checked, the human studies used other doses or combinations, or measured only absorption or blood levels. NSF lists the product as Certified for Sport, but the label on the listing is an earlier version. At $3.47 to $4.97 a sachet, you pay for a broad formula with little human data for most of its parts.
